GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Many people know they should be working out to stay healthy. But sometimes it's hard to get motivated to get up and exercise by yourself.
That's when the buddy system comes into play. It helps keep each other motivated, and it's more fun!
In this week's Motivation Monday, Chris Freytag brought in a buddy, and showed KARE 11 Sunrise the perks of having a workout partner, and exercises that work well with two people.
