'Annie' comes to the Ordway in St. Paul

Leapin’ lizards! Catch one of the best-loved musicals of all time. "Annie" is on stage now at The Ordway, until Dec. 31.

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - One of the best-loved musicals is now playing at The Ordway -- ensuring the sun comes out for those with a hard-knock life.

"Annie" brings to life the extraordinary story of a little orphan girl who ends up rich in more ways than one. Driven by her contagious optimism and spunk, Annie and her dog Sandy greet presidents, escape the clutches of the greedy Miss Hannigan, all while searching for a family to call her own.

Two members of the "Annie" cast stopped by KARE Saturday to talk about the Ordway production.

Cat Brindisi, who attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth, plays Lily in her Ordway debut and is joined by fellow cast member Britton Smith, who plays Rooster.
