MINNEAPOLIS - Biking to work isn’t just good for Mother Nature, it’s also good for our health!

A new study reveals that people who ride a bike to their jobs daily not only live longer, but they also reduce their risk of cancer and heart disease by nearly half.

Dr. Jamie Peters, a Sports and Orthopaedic Specialist with Allina Health, stopped by the show today to discuss the health benefits of biking, as well as how to avoid and bounce back after common cycling injuries.
