MINNEAPOLIS - Ramadan, an Islamic holiday focusing on prayer, charity and religious devotion begins Sunday night.

In a campaign against negativity directed at Muslims, The Minnesota Council of Churches is inviting communities to show respect with a lawn sign. The signs read, "To our Muslim neighbors: Blessed Ramadan."

Several churches in Minneapolis made the signs available to their congregations today.

Individuals, congregations and organizations can make or order their own signs. Click here to see the artwork.
