GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - If you’ve ever had or known someone who’s had shingles, you know it’s nothing you or they ever want to experience again.

Unfortunately the painful rash, which is caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox, will affect nearly 1 in 3 people in their lifetime.

The good news, is that a new vaccine promises greater protection.
