ST. PAUL, Minn. - One person is dead following a shooting at a convenience store in St. Paul Monday night.
The incident happened at the Quick Stop Market on the 600 block of Payne Avenue. Authorities say there is no threat to the public, but they are questioning people about the incident.
Police say the call first came in as a gunshot wound to a female at 7:30 p.m. They will not say if the person worked there or was a customer.
Police say they've only had two calls to this market this year, and neither was related to this incident. This is the first homicide of 2018 in St. Paul.
