MINNEAPOLIS - A shooting around bar closing time early Sunday morning in downtown Minneapolis left two people wounded and a man under arrest.
Gunfire erupted just before 2 a.m. in the 400 block of Hennepin Avenue South. Police say a man and a woman suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment.
A man was arrested at the scene and is being held in the Hennepin County Jail on probable cause second degree assault.
At least one of the shooting victims was found in a parking lot on the 400 block of Hennepin Avenue South.
