STILLWATER, Minn. - Washington County investigators hope security photos will lead to the arrest of two men they say are responsible for stealing nearly $22,000 in merchandise from local Target stores.

The suspects, two men who appear to be in their late 20s or early to mid-30s, are allegedly using stolen credit card numbers to purchase gift cards. Those can either be used or sold to others.

Investigators say they may be driving an older Dodge Journey that is gray in color, possibly with Michigan plates on it. Anyone who knows the men in the photos is asked to call the Washington County Sheriff's tip line at 651-430-7850.
