'Discovery Days' celebrate women in science

Discovery Day activities run from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and are included in the cost of admission

MINNEAPOLIS - Discovery Days: Women in Science is a day of entertaining, informal learning and fun at The Bakken Museum on Saturday, March 10.

Discovery Day activities run from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and are included in the cost of admission.

The Bakken Museum is located on Bde Maka Ska off of West Lake Calhoun Parkway.

The FTC Rubies Robotics Team visited KARE 11 on Saturday. These young women are just one example of girls learning and thriving in STEM fields and inspiring the next generation of female scientists and engineers.

Admission Details

Adults: $10

Seniors: $8

Teens & Young Adults (13-24): $8

Children 4 through 12: $5

Children 3 and under: Free

Members: Free

Girl Scouts in uniform get $2 off admission.
