APPLE VALLEY, Minn. - Community Supported Agriculture or C.S.A's are becoming more and more popular.

According to Minnesota Grown the first declared C.S.A. happened in 1996 and that year there were two statewide, there were eight in 2004, 42 in 2009, and this year their are 95!

People understand the importance of knowing where their food comes from and the whole "Farm to Table" trend is blossoming!

Pahl's Market in Apple Valley is a five generation vegetable gardening company so it makes a ton of sense that they are going to have their own C.S.A. Gary Pahl said they are very excited to offer this at their Garden Market. They have decided to team up with Von Hanson's meat company and Great Harvest Bread Company.

All C.S.A's are very different from the rest they all have their specialities and they all have different ways that they function. That makes them all very unique and the market will continue to grow. Check out the links above to learn more!

Happy Spring!
