SPRING VALLEY, Minn. - Four Daughters Vineyard & Winery is a fully operational winery, cidery, restaurant and event center.
Nestled in rural Southeastern Minnesota, south of Rochester, their sprawling estate includes a tasting room and large production areas, as well as a 6-acre vineyard.

Cranberry Coulis
Four Daughters Vineyard & Winery
12 oz Cranberries, frozen or fresh
1 C Sugar
1 C Water
3 ea Mandarin Zest
3 ea Mandarin Juice
2 oz Four Daughters Moscato or Four Daughters Fronk
1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil.
2. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Place in blender and puree until smooth.
4. Chill before serving.
