  • High-fiber foods like legumes, fruits, whole grains, flaxseed and chia seeds
  • Probiotic/fermented foods like kimchi, yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kombucha, apple cider vinegar and miso
  • Foods that support digestion like pineapple, papaya and bitters

Foods to avoid:
