ST. PAUL, Minn. - Police have identified the man who died after being found outside Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) offices in St. Paul Thursday.
Police say the fatal incident occurred around 2:20 p.m. in the 1400 block of Maryland Avenue East. The victim, 26-year-old Lil R. Molin of St. Paul, was discovered suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Molin was rushed to Regions Hospital, where life saving efforts were not enough to save him.
Forensic teams processed the scene outside the BCA, and evidence was gathered. At this point no one is in custody in connection with the shooting.
