FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. - Those with food allergies, or with questions about them, can find answers at the Anaphylaxis and Food Allergy Association (AFAA) booth in the Health Fair 11 building at the fair.

Volunteers like Max Narvaez staff the booth every day to help families with food allergies find the resources they need.

Plus, AFAA has brought in Mad Science at various times throughout the fair to provide some non-food fair fun at the booth.

Mad Scientists place carbon dioxide bubbles on the heads and arms of kids passing by. When those bubbles pop, they release a small cloud into the air. Other demonstrations include how to create a cloud in a bottle or make your hair stand on end.

The Health Fair 11 building is located at Dan Patch and Cooper Streets at the Minnesota State Fair.
