ST. PAUL, Minn. - They are officially now our leaders, pledging to make big changes in the Twin Cities.

Two new mayors were sworn into the Twin Cities Tuesday - 36-year old Jacob Frey and 38-year-old Melvin Carter III.

Monday night we sat down with Frey. And Tuesday, as promised a one-on-one with Mayor Carter -- St. Paul's first black mayor, son of a police officer and a teacher -- who spoke clearly and loudly at his inauguration Tuesday afternoon.
