BLOOMINGTON - Police have made another arrest in the brutal beating of former Minneapolis Mayoral candidate Mark Andrew.

Bloomington Police say a 15-year-old boy was arrested Wednesday in connection with the assault.

He's being held in juvenile detention on a first-degree robbery charge.

Police say two teenagers beat Andrew with a metal baton as he tried to chase down a third suspect who took his cell phone at the Mall of America the day after Christmas.

Two teenage girls have been caught and are charged in the assault.
