MINNEAPOLIS - A main line sewer backup has forced the Walker Art Center to close until Saturday.

A spokesperson from the Walker said they had some water damage in a few bathrooms and corporate offices but none of the artwork or collections were harmed.

Walker officials say they were initially just going to be closed through Wednesday, however, they later tweeted they are now forced to close through Friday, and will reopen on Saturday.

A screening of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, which was planned for Wednesday evening, has been rescheduled.
