Millennials are not getting enough Vitamin D because they shun spam, cod liver oil, beef liver, and sardines, according to a new study.
The foods are unpopular for anyone under 30 as more millennials cut out processed foods and fatty meats, the study said.
Hanging out in the sun all day isn't enough to ensure you have the recommended daily amount of Vitamin D.
Orange juice and nut milk are some desirable replacements.
