MINNEAPOLIS- A fireworks show at Monday night's All-Star Gala in downtown Minneapolis was the reason for a lot of complaints from Minneapolis residents.

The fireworks weren't launched until around 12:20 a.m. Tuesday.

The invitation-only gala was scheduled to start after the Home Run Derby at Target Field, which organizers projected would be around 10 p.m.

But rain delayed the Derby by an hour.

Some of the people who had their sleep interrupted took to social media to complain about the late night disturbance.
