Club NOMADIC at Mystic Lake canceled

The Chainsmokers, Kygo, Florida Georgia Line and Gwen Stefani performances will move inside Mystic Lake Casino.
Club Nomadic will begin construction in September with a goal of being completed by December. 

SHAKOPEE, Minn. - Club NOMADIC the 'traveling nightlife experience' that was to be built at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel Feb. 1 through 4 has been canceled.

The concerts that were scheduled for the tent will be held inside Mystic Lake.

The Chainsmokers performance will move to the Mystic Lake Center on Feb. 1. Kygo is moved to Mystic Lake Center on Feb. 2, Florida Georgia Line moves to the Mystic Showroom on Feb. 3. Gwen Stefani's performance will move to Mystic Lake Center on Feb. 4.

Ellie Goulding's concert has been canceled. DJ Kygo will still be performing, and ticket holders can either receive a full refund on their $200 tickets, or receive a partial refund in exchange for a lower-priced Kygo ticket. Ticket holders are asked to contact the outlet where they purchased their tickets.

In a news release Angela Heikes, a spokesperson for Dakota February Events said, "We are disappointed to have to make the decision to cancel Club NOMADIC at Mystic Lake. Unfortunately, as the event approached, we determined that it would be impossible to ensure an event that is up to our standards of quality.”
