There's a lot going on in downtown Minneapolis. Here's a cheat sheet.

MINNEAPOLIS - There's going to be a lot going on in downtown Minneapolis until the Super Bowl is over, from frustrating construction to fabulous events.

Since there's so much to remember, here's a one-stop shop for all of your downtown Minneapolis navigating.

Traffic and parking

More information is available directly from the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee's "Know Before You Go" effort, designed to keep drivers informed before they head out on the roads each day.

If you have a monthly parking spot in a city ramp, you'd better double check that that spot is still yours for Super Bowl Sunday. The city is closing several of its ramps to regular customers on Feb. 4, and selling those spots to fans.

Downtown Minneapolis events

Speaking of road closures, a stretch of Nicollet Avenue in downtown Minneapolis is blocked off all week for Super Bowl Live, so there's plenty to do between 12th Street and 6th Street.

Super Bowl Live will feature free concerts every night, with performers like Morris Day and The Time, Stokley Williams, Mind Condition, Dessa, The Jets, The Suburbs, Bob Mould, Soul Asylum, X Ambassadors, and more. Here's the full lineup.

If you get hungry, there is a fleet of local food trucks lined up to serve you on Nicollet.

On Feb. 3 at 1:30 p.m., catch a snowmobile stunt show complete with a snowmobile jump over Nicollet Mall from Levi LaVallee.

Food and drink

For craft beer lovers, downtown Minneapolis provides plenty of options in the way of local brews. Growler Magazine editor-in-chief Joseph Alton has a ton of suggestions for finding the best beer from around the state within just blocks of U.S. Bank Stadium. (One of his suggestions: A pretty amazing Surly tap takeover at HopCat downtown.)
