GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn.- Did you get a new tablet or phone for the holidays? Need some help navigating through all the new options? Ryan Malmquist, Verizon Destination Store General Manager says there are free workshops at all Verizon Wireless stores in the Twin Cities metro area and are open to anyone – whether you are a Verizon customer or not.

Malmquist joined KARE 11 News at 4 to say the workshops are offered for both Apple and Android devices.

For more information about the free workshops, visit: Verizon Wireless

Malmquist also offered up some accessories to consider:

- A customized case. Take a photo at the Verizon Destination Store with one of the many backdrops or use one of your own photos.

-Also, a Mophie Juicepack Powerstation. This is good for charging smart phones and tablets. More information can be found by visiting: Mophie Powerstation

If you didn't get the smart phone you were looking for, consider trading in your phone and upgrading your smart phone
