While You Were Out: Photos from the week
![]() Gannett, which owns KARE 11 Television, runs several newspapers around the country, including USA Today. With the latest technology, we at KARE 11 have access to the photography from all of the talented photojournalists around the world, covering stories. Every Friday I'll post some of those photos in a blog segment I'm calling, "While you were out". Some of the photos you'll see were not taken recently, but posted in newspaper articles related to the subject. I hope you enjoy a look at what's going on around the globe.

One person is reported to be killed on Thursday, Mar. 11, 2010, when a fixed wing, single-engine World War II-era airplane crashed into a hangar at Stellar Airpark in west Chandler.
