
Scott is an award-winning reporter whose career highlights include covering the economic and political crisis in Argentina, in 2002, and the aftermath of the tsunami in Sri Lanka, in 2005. He has worked as a reporter and anchor at TV stations in Quincy, Ill., Roanoke, Va., Greenville, SC, and worked as a freelance radio reporter for National Public Radio in Argentina.
Scott moved back to the States and began working at KARE in 2003. Significant stories Scott has covered at KARE include the University of Minnesota riots in 2003, and breaking the story of the Minnesota Vikings boat scandal in 2005. Scott is fluent in Spanish.
