'SNL Weekend Update': Hader kills it as 'The Mooch'

Even though Saturday Night Live is on hiatus, Colin Jost and Michael Che can still keep you in the know with summer editions of the Weekend Update.

The first episode premiered Thursday and featured "The Mooch," or as Jost referred to him, "Hanukkah in July, 'cause he was around for about a week and it's a miracle he lasted that long."

Played by Bill Hader, former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci FaceTimed into the broadcast, explaining "when I hear my name three times, I appear like a Goomba Beetlejuice.” Naturally, the segment is NSFW.

During his appearance, "The Mooch" said he wasn't surprised by his short tenure and had "no regrets, baby." Putting things into perspective, he reminded viewers, "All I did was sell my company, miss the birth of my child and ruin my entire reputation, all to be king of idiot mountain for 11 days."
