Manny's offering up brunch for Vikings home games

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. -- Manny's Steakhouse is legendary for its food -- and the size of their Sunday brunch is overwhelming, making it a favorite for NFL fans headed to Vikings games!

Manny's serves only USDA-Certified, dry-aged, center cut beef that is custom-trimmed. They also offer pork chops, Iamb chops, chicken and day-boat fresh seafood, including shrimp, wild-caught salmon and tuna.  Seasonal specials include Australian cold-water lobster tails and Alaskan King Crab.

Manny's is located at the corner of 9th and Marquette in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, at the W Hotel Minneapolis in the historic Foshay tower. Manny's serves dinner seven nights a week starting at 4 p.m. and lunch from 11 a.m. daily. Breakfast is served every morning beginning at 6:30 a.m.

Bloody Mary:
 
Yield:  40 oz
 
36 Ounces tomato juice,
Recommended: Sacramento
2 teaspoons grated horseradish
1 1/2 ounces lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
12 dashes Tabasco sauce
 
 
Cocktail sauce:
 
1 quart chili sauce
4 tablespoons horseradish, grated
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
 
Mix all ingredients together in a stainless mixing bowl.  Transfer to a 2 quart container and label, date
and refrigerate for service.
