Amped Up: Seward Co-op opens new juice bar in time for spring

Seward Co-op reveals its brand new juice bar at its Friendship Store Location.

MINNEAPOLIS - Spring is here, and that means we’re all looking for new and refreshing ways to stay healthy.

How about with some juice?

Seward Co-op has recently revealed a brand new juice bar at its Friendship Store location, featuring a variety of flavors including Heartbeet, Cool Cucumber, Go Green and Seward Juice Boost.

Seward Co-op is a 45-year-old natural foods cooperative that opened in 1972 on Franklin Avenue in Minneapolis.

In 2015, the co-op opened a second location, the Friendship Store, at 38th Street and 3rd Avenue in south Minneapolis. It also opened its first restaurant, the Seward Co-op Creamery Café, located on Franklin Avenue and focusing on local, seasonal sourcing.
