Musician helps others tap creative potential

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - People everywhere are looking for ways to take their skill sets and leverage them in new places and in new ways. And that was the case for musician Peter Himmelman when he created Big Muse.

The Twin Cities native is now on a different kind of tour, taking his Big Muse workshops all over the world, holding seminars for companies like 3M and United Health Group. Taking a page from his own playbook, Peter shows people how to unlock their own creative abilities and talents in a way that brought him fame and success as a musician.

Peter’s experiences both in the music and consulting industries are the inspiration behind his first book Let Me Out. He will be holding a book signing event on Saturday, October 29, 8:30 p.m. at Open Book, 1011 Washington Ave South, Minneapolis.
