Kitchen science experiments for kids

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Costumes and candy are all fun for Halloween, but how about some real tricks to delight the kids?

Kitchen Panty Scientist Liz Heinecke stopped by KARE Saturday to show how you can make Halloween even more fun by doing at-home science experiments. She demonstrated Mad Scientist's Green Slime and Magic Potion.

Liz will be at the Science Museum of Minnesota's Boo-ology event on Saturday, October 25 from noon to 4 p.m. doing science with kids visiting the museum.

Heinecke's new book, "Kitchen Science Lab for Kids" is full of great science experiments that your children will love. The experiments are safe, fascinating, and fun.
