How would you like to hear your band or other musical group?s recordings on the air at KARE 11? That?s right, you could hear the song you wrote playing under sports scores at 10pm. Or maybe you?ll catch your tune under a shot of the sunrise some early morning on KARE 11. KARE 11 wants to make sure our great local musical talent gets heard!
Here?s what we need from you:
- A copy of your latest CD (non-returnable)
- A fully completed signed release form releasing all rights to your music on the CD.
A couple of important notes:
- You will need to own the rights to your music in order to participate ? no cover tunes!
- You will need to list on the release form each track on the CD for which you can legally sign over rights.
- Any cover songs on the CD must be clearly marked as not being cleared.
- No swearing or other obscene language will be played on KARE 11 or on KARE11.com.
- All submissions to KARE Tracks can be made available for public download at KARE 11?s discretion.
- Submitting a CD does not guarantee your music will make it on our air or on our website.
When your song is played during one of our local broadcasts, we?ll give you written credit on-screen while your song is playing. .
