GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. – A new fitness concept is now open in the Twin Cities.
YogaFit offers a variety of classes for every level. A portion of their class and membership proceeds go to charity. Owner Ashok Dhariwal and teacher Mary Skelley-Gaffney joined us on KARE Saturday to discuss the first-of-its-kind yoga concept.
YogaFit Studios offers close to 40 instructor-led live classes and more than 30 virtual on-demand classes, regardless of previous yoga experience. Classes range from Restorative Yoga to YogaFit Sweat. Some of the advanced classes feature hand weights and a ballet barre for an added challenge.
YogaFit Studios Linden Hills has programs that range from a single drop in class to monthly memberships that start as low as $69 per month for unlimited instructor-led live and virtual on-demand classes.
YogaFit has two locations currently open in the Metro area – Linden Hills and Excelsior. Seven additional locations are set to open in the Twin Cities within the next 12 to 18 months – Northeast Minneapolis, Uptown, North Loop, Loring Park, Downtown East, St. Louis Park and Edina.
