Ingredients: 1 peeled frozen organic banana 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple 1 cup frozen organic hulled strawberries
Preparation:
Place 1/2 frozen peeled banana, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup pineapple chunks in the throat of the juicer and homogenize the frozen fruit. Repeat process with remaining frozen fruit. Serve at once.
Optional: May use toasted pecans, black walnuts, coconut, or raisins as toppings on your sorbet.
