Horseradish Mashed Potatoes



Ingredients:
2 lbs. red potatoes (B-size)
1 ½ cups milk
1 stick butter
¼ c. scallions
2-3 Tbsp. horseradish
Salt and pepper


Preparation:

Boil potatoes, then mash. Warm milk, mix in remaining ingredients and fold in potatoes.

Garnish with fresh vegetables
