Waldorf Salad



Ingredients:
4 C. apple, diced
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
4 ½ C. plain yogurt
4 ½ C. Mayonnaise
1 ¼ C. Dijon
1 C. diced celery
1 C. toasted walnuts
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ C. quartered seedless grapes
¼ C. toasted walnuts
3 C. Arugala


Preparation:

Toss apples with cider vinegar and celery in a separate bowl.
Mix mayo, yogurt, Dijon, salt and pepper till smooth.
Add apple mixture to dressing & 1 cup walnuts. Toss well
Arrange on arguala.

Yield: 3 salads
