Sweetheart Truffles



Ingredients:
24 ounces chocolate chips
1 ounce liqueur
10 ounces heavy cream






Preparation:

Heat cream and liqueur until simmering. Turn off heat and add chocolate.

Cover and let melt together. After completely melted and smooth, refrigerate for one hour. Form into balls and let cool another hour.
Dip in melted chocolate or white chocolate or chopped nuts. Store in refrigerator.
