Ingredients: Cooked fettuccini noodles (boil for 10 minutes) 1/2 cup Fresh diced tomatoes 2 Tbsp. Fresh chopped basil 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan 1/2 cup Apple juice Salt & pepper to taste 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Preparation:
Heat 3 Tbsp. olive oil in saute pan. Add tomatoes, basil and S & P. Cook for 2 minutes and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute and add apple juice. Bring to a boil and add fettuccini. Toss and serve with parmesan cheese on top. Chef: Brian Herman, 13 Moons 6/19/2000 10:42:02 AM
