Gas price experts blame refinery closings, summer blend switch

Gas prices shot up 15 percent over the last couple of days. To blame experts say are three refineries closing in Illinois and Indiana, and, the seasonal changeover by those refineries to the summer blend, which is the more expensive blend, of gasoline.
