1 arrested in Philando Castile protest in St. Paul

ST. PAUL - A man was arrested after protesters disrupted the Tuesday evening commute for some people in downtown St. Paul.

Earlier in the day, the demonstrators gathered for a rally outside St. Paul City Hall for the two-month anniversary of a St. Anthony police officer fatally shooting motorist Philando Castile in Falcon Heights.

Protesters blocked traffic at Kellogg Boulevard and Wabasha Street, just before 5:30 p.m.

Police say one man was arrested for making terroristic threats.
