LITTLE FALLS, Minn. - Hundreds of people were expected to attend the visitation for 18-year-old Haile Kifer and her cousin 17-year-old Nick Brady on Friday evening.
A joint funeral is planned for Saturday morning at Hope Living Church.
It was a week ago the bodies of Kifer and Brady were discovered in the home of Byron Smith, 64, just outside of Little Falls.
Investigators say the two broke into Smith's home on Thanksgiving Day and Smith shot them. Smith argues he was protecting himself, but authorities claim he took it well beyond the law. Smith is in jail charged with murder.
Investigators have connected a previous break-in to Brady and Kifer not far from the shooting where prescription drugs were stolen.
A memorial fund has been set up for the teens' family. Donations can be made to any U.S. Bank under the Haile Kifer and Nicholas Brady Family Fund.
