Blizzard makes a mess for motorists south of the metro
SAINT PAUL, MINN. - Minneapolis and St. Paul have declared snow emergencies effective Sunday, December 9 at 9:00 p.m.

The St. Paul parking ban is in place until snow has been plowed to the curb. Cars left parked on the streets will be ticketed and towed.
