RUSH CITY, Minn. - A 17-year-old male student from Rush City was arrested on Monday for making terroristic threats.
The Chisago County Sheriff's Office responded to Rush City High School at approximately 11:41 a.m. on reports of terroristic threats. Students reported that the male student had made direct threats against a female student and also threatened to shoot up and bomb the school.
After interviewing the junior student he was placed under arrest and taken to the regional juvenile center.
The case is still under investigation by the Chisago County Sheriff's Office.
