GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - In the upcoming year economists are predicting more economic growth and more job creation.

So what areas should you search for jobs in 2013?

To give us some insight, KARE 11 Sunrise spoke with Shawn Woessner the executive Vice President of recruiting firm, DHR International.

1. Overall Job Outlook for the Minneapolis marketplace in 2013
A. Best conditions since 2007
B. 2012 was a record year for DHR International - Anticipating a 15% growth for the Minneapolis office in 2013
C. Mpls unemployment significantly better than National average

2. Jobs in the most demand
A. Majority of our searches are C-suite (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO)
B. Functionally, also doing a large portion of searches in legal and IT

3. Industry outlook for 2013
A. Twin Cities has a lot of manufacturing organizations - CPG and Food related companies have been especially hot
B. Healthcare - still the fastest growing sector due to the aging Baby Boomer population
C. Private Equity
