MINNEAPOLIS -- A mother and daughter have teamed up with a St. Louis Park church to offer some warmth and guidance to area homeless.

On Saturday, Amber and Jill Hagemeister led about 30 volunteers who distributed a brand new fleece blanket, gloves, socks, popcorn and hot chocolate to homeless people in Minneapolis.

The deliveries are made in person to area homeless and each ends with a hug and message that god is with them.
