ST. PAUL, Minn. - A St. Paul elementary school will be closed Wednesday due to a broken water pipe.
A spokesperson for the St. Paul Public Schools says the broken pipe was discovered at Bruce Vento Elementary at 409 Case Avenue.
Damage is estimated at $3,000. The costs cover a new boiler and cleanup at the school, according to a school spokesperson. The cause remains unknown.
Students already at school were transported to Johnson High School at 1349 Arcade until their parents can pick them up.
The school will reopen on Thursday.
