BLUE EARTH CO., Minn. - Authorities say a 17-year-old female from Eagle Lake, Minn. was killed when her car ran off the road Wednesday. Hannah Nicole Gamble had been reported missing earlier in the day.

Gamble had left her home Wednesday morning and had never arrived at school in St. Clair. About four hours later, police were called when a passerby noticed skid marks leaving County Road 28 just east of County Road 27.

Officers eventually found Gamble's 2001 Honda Civic down on the riverbank. Gamble was found dead in her car.

Authorities say it appeared Gamble lost control of the car, left the roadway and rolled down a steep embankment before coming to rest at the edge of the river.
