HIBBING, Minn. - Firefighters from several northern Minnesota communities are battling a restaurant fire in Hibbing where temperatures are 17 below zero.
Crews responded after smoke was seen billowing out windows on the second floor of Sportsmen's restaurant where apartments are located.
The building and Zimmy's restaurant next door were evacuated Thursday.
The Hibbing Daily Tribune says Nashwauk, Chisholm and Keewatin firefighters are also on the scene.
At this time there is no word on the extent of the damage or potential cause of the fire.
