MINNEAPOLIS - Minnesota's Rachael Bona scored with 1:09 left in the third overtime to give the Golden Gophers a 3-2 win over North Dakota in the NCAA women's hockey quarterfinals.

Saturday's win extended Minnesota's winning streak to an NCAA-record 47 games. Minnesota improved to 39-0-0 and advances to the Frozen Four. North Dakota goalie Shelby Amsley-Benzie made 57 saves, including 11 in the third OT. But she couldn't cover up a shot by Mira Jalosuo and Bona stuck in a rebound ending the longest game in North Dakota history at 118 minutes, 51 seconds.

Minnesota's Hannah Brandt scored 52 seconds into the game but North Dakota took a 2-1 lead on Ashley Furia's goal late in the first and Meghan Dufault's power-play goal 29 seconds into the third period. The Golden Gophers tied it on Amanda Kessel's 44th goal of the season at 16:00 of the second. Minnesota's Noora Raty made 50 saves.
