GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - A gym workout can feel great, but you don't have to get yourself to the gym just to get a good workout.

Resistance bands help strength train, they're inexpensive and portable, and improving all the time.

Fitness expert, Chris Freytag, visited KARE 11 Sunrise with this week's Motivation Monday.
