ST. PAUL - The Minnesota RollerGirls are the centerpiece of a new exhibit in downtown St. Paul.
Poster Art of the Minnesota RollerGirls opens Saturday at Big Table Studio. The exhibit features an array of bout posters since the team started in 2004. For each bout, the RollerGirls invite local artists to create the poster that announces all the game night details and even let them come up with the offical bout name. The exhibit runs through April 30th.
The Minnesota RollerGirls wrap up the season Saturday, April 6th at Roy Wilkins Auditorium.
If you're interested in becoming a member of the team, tryouts are being held May 18th. Workshops to teach you how to skate are being held ahead of that. You can find all the information here.
KARE 11's Bryan Piatt, aka "Bruisin' Bryan", laces up his roller stakes with the RollerGirls.
