GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - April is National Volunteer Month, and a 6th grader from St. Paul is receiving top honors for his volunteering.
12-year-old Louie McGee has been named "Minnesota's Top Youth Volunteer" for his efforts to raise money to fight diseases that cause blindness, including the disease that affects him directly.
